We believe that a better world is possible.As the official overseas aid agency for the Catholic Church in England and Wales, we work in more than 40 countries seeking local solutions to end poverty and injustice. We provide people with the skills and opportunities to live with dignity, support their families and flourish. Because we are part of the local Church, we can reach people and places that others can’t.

Which charities can I support?
Donations can be made to any national/local charity or recognised good cause such as schools and scout groups.You might choose to donate to BT’s own charitable initiative, the BT Supporters’ Club, which seeks to transform the lives of young people through sport. Or you could choose to support one of our charity partners; Comic Relief, BBC Children in Need, ChildLine or Disasters Emergency Committee. Some people choose to support local causes like churches, hospices, schools or animal welfare schemes. Whatever charity you choose to support will receive more money through Payroll Giving than if you were to donate to them directly.
You can nominate more than one charity to benefit from your donations - and you can easily change the amount or nominated charities at any time. If your chosen charity is not listed on this site you can still support them but please include the charity number so there is no delay in forwarding on your donation.
