The Wild Place Project
Wild Place Project is a fun, family attraction that provides outdoor adventure, play and learning.Inspiring families to enjoy nature with a number of outdoor adventures from discovering wildlife from the UK and around the world with our seasonal themed trails, explore the woods and climbing in the undercover Fun Fort. Or simply enjoy a great range of hot food & drinks in our quaint guest village.
Visitors to Wild Place Project can meet amazing animals from across the world from the mischievous lemurs of Madagascar to the striking grey wolves of Europe.
Wild Place Project was opened by the Bristol Zoological Society with an emphasis on protecting threatened habitats on our doorsteps and around the globe.

Which charities can I support?
Donations can be made to any UK registered national/local charity or recognised good cause – including places of worship, schools, and foodbanks.
You can nominate more than one charity to benefit from your donations, and you can easily change the amount or nominated causes at any time.
If your chosen cause is not listed on this site, you can still support them. Just make sure to include their registered charity number so there is no delay in forwarding on your donation.
If you’d like to make a difference close to home, you can choose to support University of Manchester students and research, or donate to Manchester Museum. Just look for 'The University of Manchester' on the drop-down menu when making your donation.
