Mental Health Foundation

The Mental Health Foundation is the charity for everyone’s mental health.

As the only UK charity focused solely on the prevention of poor mental health, we research, develop and campaign for new and more effective ways to support and protect people’s good mental health.
Your donation could help us put another counsellor into a school through our Becoming A Man project or make it possible for another parent to join one of our peer support groups. However big or small, it’s part of something life-changing.
Through your support we will build a world in which no individual or community is left behind in the movement for good mental health, and no one slips through the cracks.

What we do
Programmes
We develop new and more effective ways to support and protect good mental health. From peer support groups, to rolling out mental health training to frontline staff, we’re making sure mental health protections reach every community.

Research and advocacy
Our research takes the valuable lessons we’ve learned and shares solutions that are proven to help nurture good mental health. We use our evidence to make the case at Government level for changes that will protect our mental health.

Mental Health Awareness Week
We’re the hosts of Mental Health Awareness Week, which takes place every May. With each theme we create and share mental health tips and information. We believe that everyone should have access to the knowledge they need to look after their mental health.
