Help the Aged provides practical support to enable older people live independent lives, particularly those who are frail, isolated or poor. More than two million pensioners live below the poverty line in the UK, 700,000 older people suffer acute loneliness and half a million older people are facing some form of abuse right now. We offer various services to combat these appalling statistics. We also campaign on a number of issues including poverty, abuse and discrimination.
