At Place2Be, we believe that early intervention to support children’s mental health is vital.
We place highly trained, dedicated counsellors inside schools, who work alongside teaching staff and offer direct access to children who need help, as well as supporting the whole school community with techniques, advice and expertise to improve their mental health.
Your support can help provide a confidential, safe space where children and young people can share their problems and worries with someone who has time to listen – and the ability to provide real, practical help.
You can support any UK registered charity, including the University of Edinburgh.
You can nominate more than one charity to benefit from your donations and you can easily change your nominated charity or the amount you are giving at any time. If your chosen charity is not listed on the online donation form or it is a specific area within the University of Edinburgh, you can still support them. Just make sure to include their name and charity number on the form
