Payroll Giving donations now more important than ever
With so many people in need, our charity partners are now looking for support via Payroll Giving more than ever. During these unprecedented times charities are even more reliant on regular donations from their supporters.
What are the benefits?
Not only is Payroll Giving super simple, but it's also tax-effective. This is because your donation gets deducted before you pay HMRC. For example, if you donate £5, the cost to you in your take-home pay is £4, and HMRC pays the rest!
Payroll Giving donations are worth up to 88% more than cash and direct debit donations. The amount your chosen charity receives will always be equal to or better than Gift Aid. Click here to read more about Payroll Giving vs. Gift Aid.
What if I change my mind?
Charities benefit from regular donations, which help them plan and budget. If you set up a regular donation, you can cancel it, change the amount, or even choose which charities you would like to support at any time.
