At Working Chance, we believe no woman should be held back by her past.
Since 2009, we’ve supported thousands of women with convictions to develop the confidence, self-belief and skills they need to succeed in the world of work and get their life on track. Employment is about more than just an income - it means the opportunity to show what you're good at and be appreciated, to have a shared purpose with others and to have structure in your daily life.
We work with employers of all sizes and in all sectors across the country to find opportunities for women that match their skills, aspirations and needs. Last year we supported 262 women to improve their employability, supporting them into 82 work or volunteering placements

- A donation of £10 could enable a woman’s keyworker to regularly check in with her and her new employer, to make sure she is happy and supported in her new role
- A donation of £30 could help a woman to prepare a strong disclosure for potential employers, enabling them to walk into job interviews with confidence
- A donation of £50 could mean more women get to attend our career coaching workshops, gaining crucial peer support from other women who have been through the justice system.

Which charities can I support?
Donations can be made to any UK-registered national/local charity or recognised good cause, such as places of worship, schools, or scout groups.
You can nominate more than one charity to benefit from your donations, and you can easily change the amount or nominated charities at any time. If your chosen charity is not listed on this site, you can still support them. Just make sure to include their charity number so there is no delay in forwarding your donation.
