National Eczema Society

Eczema. We’ve skin in the game..

We have been working hard since 1975 to improve eczema-impacted lives. Our charity is passionate about advocating for and supporting children and adults who have this debilitating, long-term and life-changing health condition.

We provide an extensive range of eczema information and advice, which we distribute across our communication channels and networks. We are about to fund four research projects into causes and treatments of eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (TSW)

National Eczema Society is the UK charity for children and their parents affected by eczema. We provide information and advice for families, which we deliver through our website, webinars, social media channels and publications. We are also the voice of this community, raising awareness of the condition and taking practical steps towards a cure by supporting research into new treatments and campaigning for better medical care.

Currently, there is no cure for eczema, but there are a number of promising new treatments in the research pipeline. National Eczema Society supports research into eczema by powerfully representing the patient voice wherever we can.

We provide information and advice for people living with eczema and their families, delivered through our website, well attended webinars, social media channels, publications and an expert panel.

In the last year we have set aside more than £200,000 to fund research into potential treatments, genetic transferability and mental health impact. With your help we can do much more.
