Mental Health Foundation

The Mental Health Foundation aims to help everyone live a mentally healthier life. We are the leading UK charity for mental health and learning disabilities, providing information, carrying out research, campaigning and working to improve services throughout the UK.

Your support will help us maintain an extensive range of programmes working with children and young people, adults in later life and people with severe and enduring mental health problems, as well as our efforts to raise public awareness of mental health issues and reduce stigma and discrimination.

Which charities can I support?

Donations can be made to any UK-registered national/local charity or recognised good cause, such as places of worship, schools, or scout groups.

You can nominate more than one charity to benefit from your donations, and you can easily change the amount or nominated charities at any time. If your chosen charity is not listed on this site, you can still support them. Just make sure to include their charity number so there is no delay in forwarding your donation.
